Thank you for shopping with QepaaCrafts. We process, package, and ship orders carefully and provide the applicable cost and delivery estimate before checkout.
United States Order Processing
Orders shipping within the United States are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, promotions, or unusually high demand, processing may take longer; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
United States Shipping Cost and Transit Time
Free standard shipping is available for United States orders. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 2–3 business days. The normal estimated delivery range is therefore 4–6 business days after the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays can occur.
International Destinations
Selected international destinations may be available at checkout. International shipping cost and delivery estimates are displayed before payment and vary by destination, order size, weight, and available carrier service.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers receive tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may take time to activate after the carrier receives the shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Product Shipping Restrictions
Shipping restrictions may apply to chef knives and other cutting tools depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an ordered product can legally be purchased, possessed, imported, and delivered in their location. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot legally or safely ship it.
Incorrect Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after ordering, email jawadpugc@gmail.com promptly. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Email jawadpugc@gmail.com with your order number, full name, relevant tracking information, and photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and explain the available next steps.
