RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

15-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after your order is delivered.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with its original packaging and included accessories. For safety reasons, knives or other bladed items that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

 

STARTING A RETURN

Contact us at jawadpugc@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns, QepaaCrafts will pay the return-shipping cost and provide return instructions or a prepaid shipping label.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at jawadpugc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.

 

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before fulfillment, but an order that has already shipped must follow the return process above.
