Welcome to QepaaCrafts. These Terms govern use of our website and purchases from our online store.
Products and Listings
QepaaCrafts specializes in chef knives, kitchen knife sets, and related leather storage accessories. We make reasonable efforts to present prices, availability, materials, dimensions, photographs, and included items accurately. Handcrafted and natural-material elements may have minor variations in grain, pattern, texture, color, dimensions, or finish.
Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes, international shipping charges, duties, or other fees are disclosed at checkout where relevant. Payment is processed using the methods available through our secure Shopify checkout. We may cancel and refund an order for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, lack of availability, or a legal shipping restriction.
Shipping
United States orders receive free standard shipping. Normal handling time is 2–3 business days and estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–3 business days. International charges and estimates are displayed at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for complete details.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. QepaaCrafts pays return shipping for approved returns. Eligibility, exclusions, and refund processing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Responsible Use
Knives are sharp cutting tools and must be handled, stored, maintained, and used responsibly. Customers must comply with laws applicable to purchase, possession, importation, delivery, and use. Keep sharp products away from children and anyone unable to handle them safely.
Intellectual Property
QepaaCrafts branding and original website content may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and any descriptive reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Third-Party Services
Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other technology providers. Their applicable terms may also govern those services.
Liability and Changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QepaaCrafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms and will publish the latest version with its revision date.
